HØIBERG is a partnership for business development. We view business development as the complex interplay between our clients’:
- ability to commercialize and market their invention
- freedom to operate their invention, and
- need to protect and enforce intellectual property rights (IP) essential to their business operation and commercialization.
A successful business strategy will protect and utilise IP while addressing such factors as existing competition within a market, the threat of new entrants into a market, the bargaining power of suppliers and buyers, and the threat of substitute products.
