Inge has worked for a Copenhagen based intellectual property firm for more than 25 years before joining Høiberg in 2005. Her expertise covers all aspects of intellectual property law, including protection and defense of trademarks and designs, and enforcement of copyright. Inge is also widely experienced in settlement agreements as well as counterfeit cases.
Inge is an authorized representative before OHIM (Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market) and a member of PAF (Association of Danish Patent Agents), ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Industrielle), FICPI (Fédération Internationale des Conseils en Propriété Industrielle) and ITMA (Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys).

Jette de Fries is European Trademark Attorney and partner. Her practice areas involve international intellectual property protection and enforcement, prosecution and protection of trademarks, copyright, designs and intellectual property on the Internet. Jette also advises on trademark settlement agreements and trademark license agreements. Jette has been active in the IPR field since 1990 and joined Høiberg in 1998.
Jette is an authorized representative before OHIM (Office of Harmonization in the Internal Market) and a member of PAF (Association of Danish Patent Agents), ECTA (European Communities Trademark Association), INTA (International Trademark Association), and AIPPI (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Industrielle).
